(Minneapolis, MN) — Minneapolis city council members are again being forced to rewrite the ballot question on doing away with the police department. On Tuesday a Hennepin County judge ruled the wording is misleading and hard to understand. The question will be rewritten but if the judge doesn’t grant an appeal by Friday when early voting starts, none of the votes for the question will be counted.
