“Are they taxable by Minnesota state law and federal law?”

State Revenue Commissioner Robert Doty responded bonuses potentially would be subject to federal tax…

“And then I think we have to talk about that from the state perspective, and maybe that’s something legislatively that we would deal with.”

Kiffmeyer responded it’s “something that we should consider.”
