State health officials say numbers for the COVID-19 pandemic in Minnesota are headed the wrong way — up. Statewide, the case rate for the coronavirus has risen for the 25th consecutive day, more than double the rate 25 days ago. Yesterday, they reported patients in hospitals who tested positive for the virus rose nine percent over the previous day. Officials are also concerned over the state’s test positivity rate and the hospitalization growth rate.
