The Highway 14 detour in North Mankato will be shortened late today because the segment of HIghway 14 on the west end of the project will be reopened. 

The new Highway 14 detour still includes Nicollet County Road 13 and some of County Road 6, however County Road 77 is no longer part of the detour.

The remaining modified detour will be in place until fall.

North Mankato residents and workers should consider using LorRay Drive as an alternative.
