The Madison Avenue construction project has moved into the final phase.  The orange barrels were moved on Monday afternoon to re-route traffic onto the north lanes, so work can proceed on the south lanes. 

When the lanes are completed, the entire stretch of the construction zone will receive a smooth layer of asphalt leaving the new roadway level with the manhole covers that currently jut up from the road.
