Mankato police have confirmed that a three-vehicle crash occurred on County Road 17 and Haefner Drive this afternoon.

Commander Jeremy Clifton says a pickup truck, traveling east on County Road 17, collided with a sedan that was headed south on Haefner Drive toward Mankato Ford. The pickup truck then careened into another truck that had been in the northbound lane, turning east at the intersection.

Clifton says two passengers in the sedan were transported to Mayo Clinic Health System – Mankato by ambulance. He says more information will be released tomorrow.
