On the KTOE Morning Blend Friday morning, Don and Dan gave info on a malware threat to 277,000 computers across the country on Monday morning and told about an FBI website for testing your computer.

Hundreds of thousands of people around the world could lose access to the Internet on July 9 when the FBI plans to kill temporary servers servicing victims of a virus. That virus is called DNSChanger, and the FBI plans to shut down the temporary DNS servers that were being used to assist victims of the Internet theft ring.

After you click the test link you will see either a green screen or a red screen. 

Green indicates your computer is safe, red indicates your computer has the DNS malware and your computer will be affected on Monday.
