The Dean of Students and Athletic Director for Nicollet Schools had been arrested and is accused of stealing cash from the concessions fund on numerous occasions. 

31-year old Justin Berg of rural Le Sueur County faces two felony theft counts. 

The complaint states that the school contacted police after staff found funds missing from the concessions and ticket sales. A motion activated camera was installed in the room where the money was kept and marked bills were put in the safe. When police confronted Berg on October 12th, the report states, he admitted to taking money from the safe.

The amount stolen is estimiated at $1,500.

 Berg is charged with Felony Theft and Felony theft of Public Funds. Each count has a penalty of five years in prison and/or a ten thousand dollar fine.
