As predicted a few weeks ago analysts, gas prices have dropped. 

One month ago, on September 15, the Minnesota average price for a gallon of regular unleaded was $3.95.    Today the state average price is $3.72 per gallon. 

In Mankato today we're running a couple pennies higher... an average of $3.74 per gallon.   That is still 20 cents a gallon less than one month ago.
