International Falls, Minnesota gets the bragging rights.  The contest was held at the annual convention of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Water Works Association this week in Duluth.

The top three were International Falls, St. Cloud, and East Grand Forks.

According to the Duluth News Tribune, other cities that submitted water samples include St. Peter, Waite Park, Brainerd, Eden Prairie, Moorhead, and Rochester.

The winning city takes home a trophy and wall plaque.
