The City of Mankato is taking its 311 service high tech… with Live Chat on the city website.
Shelly Schulz, Public Information Director for the City of Mankato says there are a variety of questions that often have short, fast answers and the chat can save time over a phone call. She tells KTOE News that experienced and knowledgeable city staff are at the other end of the live chat windows.
