A Level 3 Predatory Sex Offender is planning to move to Mankato next week.  KTOE News provides information, a photo, as well as a link to the state Sex Offender Registry. 

36-year old Romeo Alba will be getting out of prison on Monday and plans to live in the 1900 block of South Riverfront Drive.  Alba has a history of forcing sexual contact with young female victims as young as age six.  Alba entered the victims’ residences during the night without permission.  Alba was not known to his victims.
