The Mankato City Council Public Forum on the state Marriage Amendment is today… the council will listen to people’s opinions on whether it should take a stand on the issue.  

 City Manager Patrick Hentges tells KTOE News the council has allotted two hours for listening to speakers… each speaker will be held to three minutes.  The Public Forum will be held at the Mankato City Council meeting tonight at  7pm… at the Governmental Center downtown.
