A level-three predatory offender will be moving to Mankato soon, with plans to live in the 1900 block of South Riverfront Drive, when he is released from prison.

Mankato police say 36-year old Romeo Alba has a history of engaging in forced sexual contact with minor girls, ages six and eight. 

Mankato Department of Public Safety and the Minnesota Department of Corrections will hold a Community Notification Meeting on Thursday August 16 at 6pm at the Verizon Wireless Center reception hall.
