(New Prague, MN) — New Prague Area Schools officials are forming a task force to address allegations of racism at two athletic events and to create a more inclusive environment in its schools. The incidents happened at a high school girls basketball game against Robbinsdale Cooper High School and at a boys hockey game. An independent firm judged one of the reports to be unsubstantiated, but found issues to work on. Officials say over 125 people have applied to be on the 25 member task force. The task force will be made up of five community members, five staff members, five parents, five administrators, and five students.
