(Minneapolis, MN)  —  Three former Minneapolis officers facing charges in the death of George Floyd are rejecting a plea deal.  They’re facing state charges of aiding and abetting in the May 2020 murder of Floyd.  Tou Thao, J. Alexander Kueng and Thomas Lane were found guilty of violating Floyd’s civil rights in federal court in February.  The Minnesota Attorney General’s Office didn’t disclose the terms of the proposed details, but they’re expected to be made public once the trial begins.  The three men are currently free on bail.
