A second school district is boycotting athletic events with New Prague over alleged racist comments.  St. Louis Park made the announcement Tuesday after saying a hockey player was targeted by racism from the New Prague team.  Now Robbinsdale Cooper Superintendent David Engstrom is saying his district’s teams will not compete against New Prague until something is done over the issues.  Engstrom said in a release the decision comes in support of St. Louis Park as well as because of their own struggles with racism in games against New Prague.  The Robbinsdale Cooper girls basketball coach recently accused New Prague fans of making monkey sounds at his players during a game.  New Prague Area Schools says there is an outside firm investigating the allegations.
