(Golden Valley, MN) — Menards is being fined twenty-five-thousand-dollars for an employee’s death. OSHA is fining the company after the death of James Stanback at the Golden Valley store in July. Stanback was crushed by a pallet of lumber as it was being moved. OSHA’s statement says that the fine amount is standard for any workplace violation resulting in a death. Menards is challenging OSHA’s fine.
