(St. Paul, MN)  —  St. Paul’s vaccine mandate for dining out could be ending as soon as this week.  The current order is not set to expire until the end of the month but Fox-Nine is reporting that Mayor Melvin Carter is in contact with the St. Paul-Ramsey County Public Health Department on possibly lifting the rule this week.  COVID-19 positivity rates and hospitalizations have been decreasing in the Twin Cities area over the past week.
