Governor Tim Walz is renewing his call for the legislature to act immediately to stem gun violence in Minnesota.  The governor says he knows it’s more complicated than gun control…

Republican Majority Leader Jeremy Miller says it’s “highly unlikely” any gun-control measures will move through the Senate this year:

“The focus should not be on law-abiding citizens.  The focus should be on non-law-abiding citizens and holding criminals accountable for their actions.”
