(St. Paul, MN) — Two GOP candidates are entering the race for statewide offices. Maple Grove attorney Ryan Wilson announced yesterday that he will challenge DFL incumbent State Auditor Julie Blaha. He is the first Republican to declare a run for that office. Former Washington County District Court Judge Tad Jude also announced yesterday that his is joining a growing field of Republican candidates set to challenge incumbent Democrat Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison. The election will take place this fall.
