(Emerson, Manitoba) — Canadian officials are identifying the Indian family that froze to death while attempting to illegally cross the U.S. Canadian border east of Minnesota. The family of four included 39-year-old father Jagdish Patel, 37-year-old mother Vaishaliben Patel, eleven-year-old daughter Vihangi Patel, and three-year-old son Dharmik Patel.
