(Freeborn County, MN) – A high school counselor and girls basketball coach is out of a job after accusations that he sexually assaulted a student. Richard Polley was charged with felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct earlier this month. He’s accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old student. On Monday, Albert Lea Area Schools fired Polley.
