Minnesota officials say the unemployment rate is down as job growth begins to outpace the nation. A recent update from the state Department of Employment and Economic Development shows a two-tenths of a percent drop in the unemployment rate in October. The report also showed that more than 25-hundred Minnesotans have left the workforce. Hourly earnings have increased nearly nine-and-a-half percent since November 2019.
