(St. Paul, MN) — A St. Paul man is accused of running over and killing a pedestrian while eluding police in a stolen vehicle. Leonie Sparkman has been charged with two counts of criminal vehicular homicide. The October 22nd collision killed Brian Reed, who lived near the accident scene. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Sparkman, who remains on the loose.
