Now that the federal government has authorized the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for use in children ages 5-11, the State of Minnesota, Homeland Health, and North Star Events are hosting a vaccination clinic for 5 to 11 year-olds at Children’s Museum of Southern Minnesota on November 7, 2021.

The clinic is located at 224 Lamm Street, Mankato, MN, and will be open for vaccinations from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The clinic is administering the two-dose pediatric Pfizer vaccine for free to all eligible Minnesotans ages 5 through 11. The second dose will be administered no earlier than three weeks after the first dose, which is November 28. You can make an appointment for your child here: parent or guardian must accompany their child through the vaccination process. You must pre-register as no walk-ins are allowed at this site.
