(St. Paul, MN) — Minnesota freeways are among the country’s most congested. A study recently released by TRIP shows that drivers in metro areas on average are slowed down 56 percent of the time during peak hours. That means routes such as I-35W, 35E, 94, 494, and 694 are clogged up and are rated 14th when it comes to the most congested freeways in the nation.
