(St. Paul, MN) — One of the two men charged in connection with the deadly shooting at a Saint Paul bar appears in court. Devondre Phillips of Las Vegas appeared in court Tuesday on 12 counts of second-degree attempted murder where he was ordered held on ten-million dollars bond. Phillips remains in the hospital with gunshot injuries, as does Terry Brown of Saint Paul. He’s charged with one count of second-degree murder and eleven counts of attempted murder.
