(Minneapolis, MN) — A south Minneapolis drug dealer is going to prison for stabbing a man to death over 60 dollars. Angelique Simons was sentenced this week to slightly less than eight years behind bars after she pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter. Prosecutors say the 47-year-old defendant killed Joseph Pixley on January 22nd. Simons will get credit for jail time since her arrest by serving the first four-and-two-third years in prison and the rest of the time on supervised release.
