Police say four people who were found dead in a car in western Wisconsin were killed in Saint Paul. Matthew Pettus, Jasmine Sturm, Loyace Foreman the third, and Nitosha Flug-Presley were found dead in an SUV in a cornfield in Dunn County on September 12th. Two people have been arrested in connection with the deaths and police now say they believe the victims were killed in Saint Paul. Still, no murder charges have been filed in the case.
