(Eagan, MN)  —  A man accused of trying to start a fire at a home in Eagan is arrested after a 12-hour standoff.  Police say the standoff started early Sunday morning at a house in the 31-hundred block of Jurdy Road.  Police say the people who live in the house smelled gas and left before anyone was hurt.  Police say the suspect was inside the house by himself for 12 hours before surrendering and being arrested.
