The state’s case-positive rate is 7.1 percent — the highest since mid-April — and COVID cases in the I-C-U are also highest since then. Health Commissioner Jan Malcolm says so far 153 COVID cases, including four hospitalizations, have been directly tied to the Minnesota State Fair.
