(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota Department of Health has reported 69 COVID-19 cases likely linked to the State Fair. Last week, health officials who confirmed the report said they expect that number to increase. Vaccines and masks were encouraged, but not required, at the fair which ended this month. This comes after the 12-day event saw its lowest attendance since 1977, showing a 36-percent drop from the four previous fairs. COVID information from the fair will be updated as soon as possible.
