(St. Paul, MN)  —  State troopers say they arrested about 69 people outside the governor’s residence in St. Paul on Saturday.  This came as protesters of the Line 3 pipeline at the state Capitol spilled over into the Summit Avenue neighborhood, chaining themselves to a nearby fence.  People were taken into custody on various charges including disorderly conduct and felony threats of violence.  There were no reported injuries and no use of chemicals or non-lethal munitions.
