(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota State Fair is off to a wet start. Frequent rain and lightning storms Thursday forced the closure of some rides and caused the Miranda Lambert grandstand concert to be delayed. The storms also forced Thursday’s entertainment on free stages to be canceled. The Miranda Lambert concert finally got underway after 9:30.
