(St. Paul, MN)  —  About 700 protesters have made their voices heard after rallying at the state Capitol yesterday in opposition to the Line 3 oil pipeline project. Groups who walked from the Martin Luther King Recreation Center to the Capitol say they want the governor and President Biden to halt construction on the Enbridge Energy project.  State Police put in place several security precautions prior to the rally, including closing the Capitol building to the public for the rest of the week.  This all came a day after the state Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal to halt Line 3.
