It’s opening day at the Great Minnesota Get Back Together and fair spokeswoman Danielle Dullinger says:

“After being out of business for two years almost, really, we’re just excited to be able to open the gates and have people come in and support these vendors who have also been out of business for two years.”

Dullinger is urging all fairgoers to wear masks indoors and outdoors when appropriate. She says despite about 150 vendors dropping out this year for various reasons, there will still be nearly a thousand vendors at the fair–including 61 new merchandise vendors and nine brand new food vendors.
