(St. Paul, MN)  —  The Minnesota Supreme Court has decided not to hear an appeal from groups against the Line 3 oil pipeline project.  This means an earlier ruling approving certifications and permits from the Public Utilities Commission for the Enbridge line will stand.  Enbridge says Line 3 is nearly complete and will be in service later this year.  Tribal and environmental activists opposed to the pipeline are expected to protest at the state Capitol today.
