Community members are invited to the 10th annual South Central Project Community Connect free resource event from 1 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, August 31 at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center Grand Hall.

 

The goal of Project Community Connect is to reduce poverty and homelessness by providing access to many resources all in one place, including housing, employment, disability, food, legal and more. The event is set up like an expo, with dozens of regional providers available at booths to provide resources and answer questions.

 

The event is usually held in spring but was postponed due to COVID-19.
