(Buffalo, MN) — A man accused of shooting several people inside a Buffalo health clinic in February has been found competent to stand trial. Gregory Ulrich withdrew an objection to a previous evaluation in court on Wednesday, allowing the trial to proceed. Ulrich is accused of opening fire inside the Allina Clinic on February 9th, injuring four people and killing medical assistant Lindsay Overbay. His next court appearance is set for September 21st.
