(Duluth, MN) — Two people are in custody following a shooting in Duluth yesterday morning. Officers found one person shot after responding near 15th Avenue East and Superior Street. One suspect was arrested later on the 19-hundred-block of Jefferson Street before another was taken into custody. The victim is hospitalized in stable condition as an investigation continues.
