A former Minnesota state trooper is getting disciplined after he admitted to texting himself nude photos from the phone of a woman he arrested last year. Albert Kuehne was sentenced to two years of probation and has been ordered to pay a 200 dollar fine. Hennepin County prosecutors originally charged the defendant with felony stalking before reducing the charge to a misdemeanor. The State Patrol fired Kuehne in October last year.
