(St. Paul, MN) — A Saint Paul teenager is facing charges in connection with several shootings in Saint Cloud. Police say the 18-year-old was arrested with a stolen gun in Saint Cloud Thursday. The suspect hasn’t been charged and is being held in the Stearns County Jail.
