The grand opening of Mankato’s newest independent living community was put on hold earlier this year due to COVID-19, but thanks to vaccines and a decrease in cases, the senior living community with deep roots in Mankato, will publicly mark the occasion with remarks from Mankato Mayor Najwa Massad, Ecumen president and CEO Shelley Kendrick, and Ecumen Pathstone executive director, Rachael Evers on Wednesday, July 21.
