(Minneapolis, MN)  —  A St. Cloud man with ties to an antigovernmental group pleaded guilty in federal court on a firearms charge.  Earlier this year, investigators say 27-year-old Michael Dahlager had plotted with other members of the Boogaloo Bois to attack the Minnesota State Capitol.  However, the group abandoned the plan after fearing that investigators were onto them.  The ATF arrested Dahlager when he gave an informant gun-modifying devices that could turn an AR-15 into a fully-automatic weapon.
