Effective July 6th, the Minnesota Judicial Branch will no longer require face masks inside court facilities. The announcement was made yesterday, adding it’s appropriate to remove some safety protocols as the threat recedes. Some limitations on types of in-person activities that can take place will remain though September 6th. Anyone may still wear mask if they choose to do so, but a judge may ask for masks to be removed if necessary.
