(Undated) — Since last week, nearly 30 road buckles in the Twin Cities metro have been fixed by MnDOT crews. Officials from the state Transportation Department say the extreme heat in Minnesota is causing these road issues. They expect this issue to continue as high temperatures come throughout the week. Anyone who sees road or pavement damage along their route is asked to report it via 911.
