(Akeley, MN) — The remains of a World War Two solider from Minnesota are finally being identified. The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency announced that Navy Fireman 1st Class Neal K. Todd was accounted for after being killed in the Pearl Harbor attack. Navy personnel recovered the remains from December 1941 through June 1944 but were unable to identify the body until now. Todd’s remains will be buried on July 10th in Akeley.
