(Hennepin Co., MN) — The three former Minneapolis police officers charged with aiding and abetting in the death of George Floyd will be in appeals court today on video call. The Minnesota Court of Appeals will consider whether Tou Thao, J. Alexander Kueng, and Thomas Lane should face more charges in the Floyd case. They’re set to be tried on aiding and abetting second-degree murder and manslaughter charges next March.
