Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey  unveils a plan to deal with an uptick in violence in the city.  On Monday Frey said the city will have four priorities, alternative responses to violence, a summer safety response, targeted resources and investment in the community, and changes within the police department.  The city will also put its focus on its most violent areas.  Frey says the city will fund some of the new plans with money from the American Rescue Plan.
